Bardine’s Country Smokehouse is a family-owned business that has won more than 200 awards, including nine Best of Show honors from the Pennsylvania Association of Meat Processors and the American Association of Meat Processors, and the Cured Meat Excellence Award from the American Cured Meat Championship. Gary Bardine was inducted into the Cured Meats Hall of Fame in 2018.
